Your perfect Auli day in summer starts right here...
8 am
Wake up feeling well-rested in your comfy bed in the Family Suite. The sun is shining, you’re feeling good and you just know that today will be a perfect day.
You jump out of bed excitedly, waking your family with a cheery “let’s get breakfast!”. They are just as excited for the day as you are.
8:30 am - 9:30 am
With your brothers and sisters in tow, you catch a first glimpse of the breakfast buffet. Yesterday, you had cereal, yoghurt and fruit salad. Today you fancy a fresh fried egg with bacon - mmm... it smells so good!
10 am - 2 pm
A family hike with your host family, the Rohrmosers, is on the agenda for today. The weather looks perfect for it and you are already very excited. As you walk through the woods up to the summit, you spot a little marmot curiously sticking its nose out of its burrow to watch the hikers. So cool! Once you reach the summit, enjoy a tasty Alpine pick-me-up of fresh bread and tangy cheese.
If you're not hungry yet, save your appetite for the delicious lunch snack, which is served between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. with the Auhof All Inclusive services. By the way - soft drinks and alcoholic drinks for mom and dad are also included from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.!
3 pm - 5 pm
Quickly grab some ice cream or a delicious cake before the next highlight awaits! While your brothers and sisters are feeding rabbits, goats and pigs at Auli’s Ranch you have your first riding lesson. Your riding instructor starts by introducing you to the ponies and horses, explaining how to handle them correctly and helping you to saddle them. You’re all set to go! Our riding instructor holds the horse on a long lead rope, called a lunge line, and gently leads it in a circle. At the very end of the lesson you even have the chance to trot for a while. What an unforgettable experience!
6 pm - 8 pm
After such an exciting day, you’ve worked up quite an appetite! Freshly showered and refreshed, you arrive at the Hotel Auhof restaurant with your family. Your parents can hardly decide which 4-course menu to choose. You, on the other hand, already know exactly what you want: schnitzel with chips from the kids’ buffet! When you notice Mum’s raised eyebrows, you quickly shovel some fresh vegetables onto your plate as a disguise.
8:30 pm
You’re back in your comfy bed, your mind swimming with the day’s events. As you image what could be in store for tomorrow, you slowly fall asleep, dreaming of horses and marmots.
